Always gotta show a good leg day. The pump on the hack squat was insane. Only down side is having to stop for diesel on the way home when your legs don’t wanna work anymore.

Wasn’t as carbed up as I wanted to be but we did it anyway! Finished it up with some side and rear delt work then trained a client on some legs!

My body has been responding really well to higher volume and lower weight started off this journey at 210lbs and currently sitting at 230lbs the road to 250lbs has been intense for sure.

Took some time to focus on family the past two weeks but we’re back at it with chest and arms. Every exercise had three hard working sets really squeezing the muscles.

From 160lbs never really seeing results in the gym even though I was “eating so much food” to 230lbs actually tracking everything I was eating and making sure I’m focusing on how I’m performing the exercises. I am going to keep packing on muscle and start trimming some fat throughout 2026 to step on stage in 2027. #1stphorm has made tracking everything so much easier with everything from logging my meals to tracking my workouts. I’m looking forward to see what this next year has in store.
